Heidi Quayat is an experienced business immigration attorney who has provided legal services to multiple Fortune 500 companies as well as mid-sized companies, startups, and individuals for over a decade. Heidi also provides services in a limited number of family-based immigration matters. Heidi is well known for providing persuasive RFE and NOID responses that have beaten the odds to win challenging cases.1
Heidi was born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota and now practices in the Twin Cities (Minneapolis/St. Paul) area. She received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC, where she completed an immigration law-focused curriculum and published an article in the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal. She graduated magna cum laude from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois.
Heidi holds an MBA with an Emphasis in Finance from the University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where she graduated as a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma academic honor society. Her MBA provides an important business background that enhances her representation of business clients.
Heidi is legally authorized to provide U.S. immigration services to anyone, regardless of where the person or entity is located. She is licensed in both Florida (inactive) and Minnesota (active). She is a member of AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association), and her former team was recognized in Bloomberg magazine as one of a Fortune 50 company’s Key Law Firms.
